A West Point graduate and Vietnam Veteran, Dr. Galak is an Alumnus of New York Medical College. While in New York, he spent time at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine at New York University. At the Rusk Institute he learned about alternative approaches to pain management, treating patients who had multiple failed back surgeries. During his residency, he worked with veterans, helping them deal with PTSD and substance abuse issues. Dr Rogge completed medical school at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, internal medicine internship at University of Washington Hospitals, and psychiatry residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has served as assistant professor on the clinical faculties in psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University and University of Washington. Dr Berg earned her doctorate in medicine at University of Missouri-Columbia Medical School and completed specialty training in psychiatry at the University of Washington, where she was chief resident. She is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

She was on the clinical faculty at University of Washington Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences until 1995. During that time she served on the Admissions Committee, the Graduate Education Steering Committee, and the Grand Rounds Committee, actively involving herself in the education and training of future psychiatrists. Prior to earning her MA in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University, Anne Lucas spent fifteen years in corporate management, serving a series of companies as accounts manager, risk manager, purchasing director and chief financial officer. Tim Jenkins holds two Master's Degrees, one in psychology from Antioch University in their Child, Couple and Family program and another in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
