Robert C Galak MD JD
A West Point graduate and Vietnam Veteran, Dr. Galak is an Alumnus of New York Medical College. While in New York, he spent time at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine at New York University. At the Rusk Institute he learned about alternative approaches to pain management, treating patients who had multiple failed back surgeries. During his residency, he worked with veterans, helping them deal with PTSD and substance abuse issues. Timothy A Rogge MD
Dr Rogge completed medical school at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, internal medicine internship at University of Washington Hospitals, and psychiatry residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is certified as a specialist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has served as assistant professor on the clinical faculties in psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University and University of Washington. Janet M Berg MD
Dr Berg earned her doctorate in medicine at University of Missouri-Columbia Medical School and completed specialty training in psychiatry at the University of Washington, where she was chief resident. She is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She was on the clinical faculty at University of Washington Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences until 1995.
