Robert C Galak MD JD
A West Point graduate and Vietnam Veteran, Dr. Galak is an Alumnus of New York Medical College. While in New York, he spent time at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine at New York University. At the Rusk Institute he learned about alternative approaches to pain management, treating patients who had multiple failed back surgeries. During his residency, he worked with veterans, helping them deal with PTSD and substance abuse issues. Prior to earning her MA in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University, Anne Lucas spent fifteen years in corporate management, serving a series of companies as accounts manager, risk manager, purchasing director and chief financial officer. Tim Jenkins holds two Master’s Degrees, one in psychology from Antioch University in their Child, Couple and Family program and another in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and teaches in the graduate psychology program at Antioch University, including classes on couple therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, systems theory, and developmental psychology from both an individual and systemic perspective. John is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 35 years experience and a Chemical Dependency Professional with 25 years experience. He is a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor with the ability to perform mental health and substance use evaluations. He provides services for individuals, couples, and families. His stated goal is to do himself out of a job. He brings to his work a strong educational and experiential background in Western and Eastern Psychological practices and principles. His focus is to help each person develop increased awareness and insight while discovering their personal strengths and capabilities. Janice Stern, ARNP
Jan is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience working with adults who have a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her holistic approach to patient care comes from her training and extensive work as a registered nurse. She received a Registered Nurse diploma with honors in 1974 at the St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Fargo, North Dakota, and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1997 from the University of Washington in Bothell. Evelyn Frank, ARNP
Evelyn Frank is a board-certified, family psychiatric nurse
practitioner and holds a Master of Nursing from the University of Washington.
Evelyn has worked at Providence Everett Healthcare Clinic, and Salveo
Counseling Center as a Nurse Practitioner and at St. Francis Hospital as a
Registered Nurse. She has also been a guest lecturer at Seattle University
School of Nursing.
Evelyn works with children, adolescents and
adults and has extensive experience treating ADHD, anxiety, major depression
and bipolar disorder. Her focus is on providing pharmacological interventions
if required, and providing a holistic approach to mental health care. Evelyn’s
main goal is get you back to feeling good again.
In her free time, Evelyn enjoys hiking,
cooking, spending time with her amazing family and her energetic Border Collie,
Daisy.
